Built on More Than 15 Years of Cleaning Experience
Florencio Martinez has spent more than 15 years working in the cleaning industry. His experience developed from hands-on cleaning into cleaning-management responsibilities across a variety of professional environments. During his management career, Florencio oversaw cleaning operations for facilities totaling approximately 530,000 square feet. In 2018, he founded Action Cleaning Services with the goal of bringing that experience, accountability and attention to detail directly to his own customers.

Florencio built ACS on the belief that professional cleaning should mean more than showing up with equipment. It means understanding how different surfaces and environments should be cleaned, communicating clearly with customers, and taking accountability for the work.
